You can have a great venue, incredible speakers, a beautiful brand identity and a genuinely valuable event, yet still struggle to fill the room.
People don't attend events simply because the event is good. They attend because the right message reaches them, gives them a reason to care, creates enough urgency to act, and moves them from awareness to registration to attendance = That's what I help event organisers build.
A strategy-focused consultation for event organizers, founders, brands, agencies and marketing teams that want to sell more tickets, increase registrations, improve attendance and create more commercial value from their events. This is a working session where I examine your event with you, identify what is holding it back and develop a practical strategy for moving it forward, not another n't a motivational session or a generic "let's talk marketing" call.
I've been in event marketing since 2018 (starting from the Media and Protocol Team at Beyond FUTA) and since then, I've worked across event marketing, social media, PR, content, partnerships and audience growth, both independently and while leading teams.
More importantly, I HAVE RECEIPTS, let me share some:
The Borderless Experience by Condia (2026): Recently led marketing for a 500+ capacity business event backed by major brands including Paystack, Interswitch, Africhange and Raenest, delivering 537 ticket registrations, 700+ attendees, 12 partnerships, Sponsor acquired, and multiple qualified B2B leads.
TERRA EXPO, Port Harcour (2026)t: Led marketing for 1,200+ registrations and 500+ attendees, exceeding the organisers' target, despite never having visited Port Harcourt before the final days of the event. Built the marketing team, secured coverage across TechCabal, Techpoint, Nairametrics and ThisDayLive, and activated communities on the ground.
LTIF (2025): Led the marketing effort to 1,500+ registrations in 10 days, with more than 1,000 people attending. It was a high-pressure campaign that required strategy, speed and team leadership.
LinkedIn Local Akure 2.0 (2024): Drove 1,056 registrations and 800+ attendees, with the campaign strong enough to earn unsolicited recognition from the Special Adviser on Digital Media to the Ondo State Governor.
Beyond campaigns, I have also been part of three TEDx organising teams and co-founded Hype Empire, a PR and promotions company focused on helping brands and events attract attention and audiences. I also study events even when I'm not the person marketing them; I look at the positioning, audience experience, messaging, content, distribution and conversion opportunities. That means when you bring me in as a consultant, you're getting both hands-on experience and a fresh strategic perspective.
Every event is different, so the consultation is tailored to your specific situation. Depending on where you are and what you need, we can work through:
