💡Pregnancy journey is an unknown journey that only God knows the end from the beginning and it's a cord of Life and Death that's inside the mother's belly, both fate depends on mother's hands. I pray that death will not be your portion. 💡

🎭 Even the experienced medical personnel can't toil when it comes to Pregnancy journey cos they don't know the end of it. I could remember some times ago when one of our Doctor's wife wanted to deliver, come and see the way her husband who happens to be the Doctor turned to errand boy running around sweating and praying until we told him that his wife have delivered successfully and the child is alive too. 

Another scene was when one of my Matron daughter-in-law that wanted to give birth, my Matron was restless and couldn't near the labor room, she was going up and down, we were just laughing that so Matron that do deliver pregnancy delivery can't do her own daughter-in-law delivery. Thank God we were able to delivered the baby successfully without any issue. 

🕯️There are many mistakes you the mothers do especially the first time mother when it comes to the issue of pregnancy care since you have no experience about it before. In which I was one of the mistakers then that nearly ended my life but I survived it without injury. I have experience and story to share with you🕯️

🤑 There are many issues in pregnancy which are complicated that if care is not taken properly it can cause miscarriage, injury to the child, make the child to be disabled, even end the life's mom and the child. That's why you need to understand your pregnancy journey. 

🔎 Meanwhile, Pregnancy is a period of transition with important physical and emotional changes. Even in uncomplicated pregnancies, these changes can affect the quality of life (QOL) of pregnant women, affecting both maternal and infant health. 

🏮 There are many UPS and DOWNS in pregnancy journey that's why I made up a Book about Understanding Pregnancy Journey and set up a consultation group for pregnant mom only.

ANTENATAL CLASS

Antenatal classes (sometimes called parentcraft classes) give you a chance to learn about what happens during labour and birth.

Antenatal classes are a great way to prepare for the birth of your baby and they’ll also give you some tips on how to look after your new baby. And they’re sometimes a good way to meet other expectant families in your area. Friends made at antenatal classes often meet each other through the first few months with a new baby and are often a source of support for each other.

What happens in antenatal classes?

The topics covered in antenatal, or parentcraft, classes might include:

what happens in labour

coping with labour, including different kinds of pain relief

exercising after pregnancy

your feelings about the birth

your feelings about being a new mum or dad

caring for your baby

feeding your baby.

In the classes you can find out about the different options for labour and delivery so you can feel confident about making your own birth plan.

You’ll be able to talk about your plans and any concerns you have with health professionals and other parents-to-be who are expecting babies around the same time as you.

There may also be time to talk to healthcare professionals or your NCT class leader and ask questions on a one-to-one basis during any breaks in the sessions.

If you have any particular concerns or worries about your pregnancy you may find it helpful to tell the course leader either before or at your first class so they can find ways to support you
