THE BANKABLE PUBLISHER

THE BANKABLE PUBLISHER is a fast-paced African business thriller about ambition, chaos, money, authorship and the hidden wealth inside intellectual property. When Kelechi “KC” Nwafor, a brilliant but financially chaotic Lagos publisher, discovers that his company has thousands of books but almost no reliable money, contracts, systems or investor confidence, he faces the biggest challenge of his career. With the sharp Zara Mensah, data-driven Tobi Adeyemi and a colourful cast of authors, investors, hustlers and industry veterans, KC must transform InkForge Africa from a struggling publishing hustle into an investment-worthy empire. From Lagos to Accra and Nairobi, every chapter exposes the realities of publishing, finance, distribution, technology, contracts and capital. Witty, emotional, cinematic and commercially intelligent, THE BANKABLE PUBLISHER asks one powerful question: What if African books are not merely products—but assets capable of building companies, creating wealth, preserving culture and attracting capital?
