It turns a group that has been saving together into a Ghanaian company limited by shares — so the land, building, or business you are working toward is owned properly, on paper, in every member's name (including those overseas), in proportion to what each person actually contributed.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE — four documents

- Company constitution — a company limited by shares under the Companies Act,  2019 (Act 992).

- Members' agreement — contribution rules, what happens if a member stops paying, exit and buy-out at contributed value, and how disputes are settled — written to work across borders.

- Contribution-weighted share register — each member's ownership calculated from what they actually put in, taken straight from your circle's ledger.

- Two-signatory bank mandate — so no single person can move the group's money alone.

Structuring a company with shareholders in more than one country takes extra coordination — cross-border identity checks and mixed-residency shareholding, handled properly on every side. The GHS 8,800 fee reflects that additional work.
