Gaffer's Lab Global

Gaffers Lab is a hands-on film lighting workshop created to train the next generation of gaffers and lighting designers with real, industry-relevant skills.

Founded by Nkwocha Chinemerem Precious-Flora, also known as the Nigerian Female Gaffer and founder of EN-TOUCHÉ LIGHTING HOUSE, the platform bridges the gap between theory and real on-set practice.

The workshop brings together experienced professionals from Nigeria and beyond, including Mattew Yusuf, Erica D. Hayes (USA), and other industry creatives, delivering practical training through live demonstrations, real lighting setups, and professional workflows.

Designed for aspiring gaffers, lighting technicians, and filmmakers, Gaffers Lab offers a focused, immersive environment where participants learn by doing and gain direct insight into how lighting works on set.
