The Slab

Obioma was fast asleep in his own hut inside his father's compound which has seven other huts; one was his father’s and two for his mother and siblings. Another 

two, was for his step mother and her children. One was his and other two were for his cousins and house help.

As Obi slept, he heard a male voice call and beckon him to follow him. It was a tall huge man dressed in expensive traditional regalia of wrapper, immaculate white singlet and a piece of the same wrapper hung over
