Marriage Anxiety, Causes and Control

Mariage is an ordained institution from God. God's intention for marriage is found in the words of Jesus Christ... "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife and the two shall become one flesh. So then, what God has joined together, let no man separate "(Math 19:5-6 NKJV). Thus, a couple who decides to seperate themselves before death disobeys God. They are like the disciples of Jesus Christ who said, "if such is the case of the man with his wife, it is better not to mary "(Math. 19:10 NKJV). Separation or divorce leads to both spiritual and physical symptoms such as sleeplessness, hyper

vigilance, nightmares, sweating. anger outbursts, increased heart rate, irritable bowel syndrome, self-guilt, loss of appetite, prayerless and hatred for marriage among others.

To avoid these marriage anxiety symptoms, this book guídes the reader on what to do from both secular and Biblical perspectives in order to have control over it.
