Our Monthly Farm Staff Training is a structured, hands-on learning and capacity-building program designed to equip farm managers, farmworkers, supervisors, and technical hands with the knowledge and skills they need to perform at their best, reduce losses, and improve overall farm outcomes.
This training isn’t a one-hour lecture. It is a practical, on-site or virtual learning system tailored to the crops you grow, the farming systems you run, and the level of your current team.
What We Train On (Scope & Modules)
✅ Agronomic Best Practices – From growing media preparation to harvest, your staff will learn how to implement efficient crop management techniques that increase yield and reduce waste.
✅ Nursery Establishment & Management – Practical training on seed selection, soil/media preparation, seed sowing, transplanting, watering, and seedling care.
✅ Greenhouse Operations – Daily routines, farm environment control, fertigation, staking, desuckering pruning, pest scouting, and hygiene inside controlled environments.
✅ Pest & Disease Identification + IPM – Recognizing early signs, managing infestations, and applying safe, cost-effective insecticides / pesticides
✅ Fertilizer Application & Input Handling – When and how to apply fertilizers/nutrients, handle agrochemicals safely, and follow recommended dosage.
✅ Harvesting & Post-Harvest Handling – Techniques to avoid damage, preserve quality, and ensure clean, market-ready produce.
✅ Farm Record-Keeping – Teaching basic documentation, from input logs to harvest records, essential for transparency and decision-making.
✅ Workplace Ethics, Safety & Team Coordination – Fostering a culture of discipline, accountability, hygiene, and safety compliance.
