WEEK 1, BUILD IT

• Character creation that stays consistent across every episode
• Story structure that holds a child's attention
• Worlds, environments and a consistent visual style
• Character voices, casting, generating and directing
• Music and original songs, including nursery rhyme formats
• Animation, movement and lip sync

WEEK 2, SELL IT

• Editing and pacing for a child's attention span
• Thumbnails and titles that win the click
• Channel setup and the rules for content made for kids
• Monetization: ads, brand deals, licensing, merch and education
• Batching and scaling, turning one episode into a library
• Publishing and release strategy

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

• A complete animated episode you built yourself
