Once you buy, you download a copy of it and start using it. You can always customize it to the kind of expenses, Savings, Debt and even Investments you're making that fit you in your daily life under the "SETUP" Sheet. Just make sure to read the instructions carefully in the "START HERE" sheet so that the tool works better for you.
