The Inner Circle

The Inner Circle is a private, three-month coaching engagement for senior employees ready to step into bigger leadership. This is one-to-one work — just you and Dr. Judith Getugi — built entirely around your goals, your context, and the specific transition you're navigating.

Over three months you meet every two weeks for a focused coaching session. Between sessions, you put the work into practice in your real role, with individual assignments and reflection designed to turn insight into changed behaviour. By the end, you're not just thinking differently — you're leading differently.

Eligibility: Best suited to senior managers, heads of function, and executives — typically 10+ years of professional experience with significant leadership responsibility. By application or scoping conversation.
