GLOBAL TEACHERS CONFERENCE 2026
The Global Teachers Conference (GTC) is a new school-based model of professional development that brings high-quality teacher learning directly into schools.
Instead of taking teachers out of schools for professional development, we are bringing world-class professional development into schools.
Schools register and the teachers gather in their own school hall to experience one live conference that connects everyone.
No individual teacher registration. No travelling to a conference venue. Your school becomes the conference venue.
Imagine teachers across different schools, cities and countries gathering on the same day to learn, reflect, collaborate and strengthen their classroom practice — together.
That is GLOBAL TEACHERS CONFERENCE.
GTC is designed as an active professional-learning experience.
The conference will combine practical professional-development sessions, real classroom scenarios, collaborative activities, instructional frameworks and implementation exercises designed to strengthen what teachers actually do in classrooms.
The value of teacher training is not what teachers hear. It is what they become better able to do.
HOW GTC WORKS
1. Your school registers – GTC is exclusively school-based. Individual teachers cannot register independently.
2. You gather your teachers – On 31st October 2026, assemble your teaching team in your school hall, classroom or designated learning space.
3. We send your resources – Before the conference, your school receives the GTC Professional Learning Resource Pack (Exhibits 1–6) with instructions for printing and use.
4. Your school connects live – At 9:00 a.m. WAT, schools connect to one central live conference experience facilitated by Tope Adenuga and other facilitators.
5. Your teachers participate together – Teachers work through practical exercises, case studies, reflection activities and collaborative learning during the live programme.
6. Implementation begins – Every participating school receives a 90-Day Implementation Plan to help translate conference learning into stronger classroom practice.
AND IT DOESN'T END ON 31 OCTOBER.
Your GTC subscription gives your school access to professional development throughout the academic session — October 2026 to July 2027.
Every month, your school will receive access to a new 3-hour pre-recorded teacher professional development session with Tope Adenuga, with supporting resources supplied beforehand.
Your school can gather its teachers, play the session together, complete the activities and continue building professional capability month after month.
GTC is not a one day of training. It is a professional-development journey for the academic session.
For schools, your subscription includes:
WHY SHOULD YOUR SCHOOL PARTICIPATE?
Because professional development should do more than fill a training calendar. It should help teachers become more effective, more reflective, more confident, more responsive to learners, and better equipped to improve student learning.
When an entire teaching team learns together, the school gains more than individual knowledge.
WHO IS GTC FOR?
GTC is designed for schools that believe teacher development should be continuous, practical and connected to classroom improvement. It is suitable for:
· Early Years Schools
· Primary Schools
· Secondary/High Schools
· School Groups and Networks
Whether your school has 15 teachers or 150 teachers, your team can participate together from your own school.
THE BIG IDEA
On Saturday, 31st October 2026, teachers will gather in school halls across different locations.
Different schools, different communities, different curricula, different countries, BUT one profession, one live learning experience, one commitment: to become better for the children we teach.
