CHAPTER 1.

Hunger is one of the most    pressing issues we are facing every day. It is estimated that close to two billion people are currently living with hunger and malnutrition, and this number is expected to rise in the coming years.

To live a hunger-free life, we must first understand the cause of hunger and then develop strategies to address them.

The first step in living a hunger-free life is to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious, healthy food.

This means making sure that people have access to affordable, nutritious food from local farmers, markets, and grocery stores. It also means educating people about the importance of eating a balanced diet and providing them with the resources to do so. This could include providing nutrition education and cooking classes, as well as offering food assistance programs such as food pantries and meal delivery services.

In addition to making sure

everyone has access to healthy

food; it is also important to reduce

food waste. This can be done by using food scraps and leftovers in creative ways, such as making soups and It is also important to donate excess food to food banks and

shelters to ensure that it is not wasted.

Finally, it is important to address the root causes of hunger. This means advocating for policies that promote food security and access to nutritious food.

It also means supporting initiatives that promote sustainable

agriculture, such as organic farming and permaculture.

It is also important to support

organizations that are working to end hunger, such as those

that provide food assistance and nutrition education.

Other primary causes of hunger are poverty. Poverty can lead to a lack of access to nutritious food, either due to a lack of resources or the inability to purchase nutritious food. In many parts of the world, poverty is a major factor in the prevalence of hunger.

If people cannot afford to buy food, they will go hungry. Additionally, poverty can lead to a lack of access to clean water and sanitation, which can further exacerbate the problem of hunger.

To live hunger-free life, we must

involve and invest in local agriculture and food production.

This can help to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food and can be done through initiatives such as agricultural subsidies, food banks, and improved agricultural practices.

Additionally, investing in clean water and sanitation can help to reduce the prevalence of hunger. By taking these steps, we can ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food and reduce hunger in our homes and communities. It is important to

remember that hunger is a global problem and that we all have a role to play in ending it.

By taking the steps outlined above, we can all contribute to creating a hunger-free world.

However, there is still a long way to go. The world still has a large number of malnourished children and over 60 percent of the population is food insecure.

Poor access to food, lack of nutrition knowledge, and inadequate infrastructure are all contributing factors.

To truly live hunger-free life, we need to take a holistic approach. We need to focus on improving access to food, increasing nutrition knowledge, and strengthening infrastructure.

We need to ensure that everyone has

access to safe nutritious and

affordable food.

We need to invest in agricultural productivity, and in creating jobs and livelihoods. We need to invest in nutrition education, and in creating a culture of healthy eating. We also need to invest in social protection programs to reduce poverty and inequality.

Living hunger-free life is a complex challenge, but it is achievable. With the right actions, policies, investments, and commitment, we can live a

hunger-free life. This will not only improve the lives of millions of people but will also contribute to economic growth and development.

Six ways to a Hunger-Free World:

• Every family must engage in   farming.

• Address Poverty.

•  Break the Cycle of Conflict within the communities.

• Increase Sustainability and Build Resilience to Climate Change.

• Help Rural Farmers Connect to Markets.

• Reduce Food Waste & Food Loss.

• Eliminate Malnutrition in Mothers & Children.

Our challenge is not food shortage but food wastage.

There is enough food to feed everybody in the world, yet close to 20% of the world’s population goes hungry everyday.
