Every life eventually meets a day that planning cannot fix, savings cannot cover, and effort cannot undo. Volume One of HELP IS COMING sits deliberately inside that day — a widow, a debt, two sons, and a single pot of oil (2 Kings 4:1-7) — and refuses to rush past it toward the miracle.

This opening volume asks the questions most of us would rather skip: why a man who feared the Lord could still die in debt; why faithful people still lose jobs, still get sick, still bury the people they love; and why a crisis is so often not a punishment but a setup for a demonstration of what God can do when a person has nothing left to work with.

Volume One is about exposure — exposing the reality of the crisis, the limits of human effort, and how little the widow actually had left to offer. It ends with her honest admission of lack: small, embarrassing, and seemingly useless. That admission, uncomfortable as it is, does not mark the end of her story. It is where help begins.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Pastor Tolu-tope Dada is a spiritual leader, teacher, and writer whose life moves comfortably between the pulpit and the marketplace. He serves as Set Man (Lead Pastor) of CAC Graceville, Abuja, where his preaching and weekly Bible studies have built a devoted following across Nigeria and beyond, and under whose leadership the church has expanded to include a Lagos assembly.

Outside the church, Tolu-tope is a senior energy executive, currently serving as Regional Head, Access to Energy Partnership & Growth at Schneider Electric across Nigeria, Ghana, and Sierra Leone. He brings the same conviction to both worlds: that principle, discipline, and divine help are not separate tracks but one integrated life.

He is the author of fourteen previous books, including the two-volume Decisions That Echo, and HELP IS COMING continues his body of work exploring how ordinary people encounter extraordinary help in the middle of real crisis. A devoted husband to Funmilayo and a caring father, Tolu-tope writes from conviction he has tested in his own life — as a pastor who has sat with the grieving and the overwhelmed, and as a leader who knows that no amount of competence exempts anyone from the need for help beyond themselves.
