By the close of Volume Two, the widow's crisis had, in every practical sense, resolved. The oil had multiplied until every borrowed vessel stood full, her debt was paid, and Elisha had promised even more left over for her and her sons to live on. Volume Three picks up the one piece left unexamined: the sons themselves, and what their rescue actually meant for the entire shape of their future.
This final volume looks closely at what was genuinely at stake in the sons' rescue beyond the relief of avoiding servitude — their inheritance, their capacity to carry their father's legacy forward, and the destiny that had nearly been sold out from under them before it ever had the chance to unfold.
From there, the book widens its lens far beyond one ancient family. It takes on the modern myth of self-sufficiency, the hidden debts every person carries whether financial or otherwise, how to recognise the “Elishas” God has placed in our own lives and generation, and what it looks like to position ourselves for divine intervention before crisis arrives rather than scrambling to build that positioning once the emergency is already underway.
Volume Three closes the series where every reader eventually needs to arrive: moving from crisis to testimony, trusting God with whatever in life currently feels impossible.
Pastor Tolu-tope Dada is a spiritual leader, teacher, and writer whose life moves comfortably between the pulpit and the marketplace. He serves as Set Man (Lead Pastor) of CAC Graceville, Abuja, where his preaching and weekly Bible studies have built a devoted following across Nigeria and beyond, and under whose leadership the church has expanded to include a Lagos assembly.
Outside the church, Tolu-tope is a senior energy executive, currently serving as Regional Head, Access to Energy Partnership & Growth at Schneider Electric across Nigeria, Ghana, and Sierra Leone. He brings the same conviction to both worlds: that principle, discipline, and divine help are not separate tracks but one integrated life.
He is the author of fourteen previous books, including the two-volume Decisions That Echo, and HELP IS COMING continues his body of work exploring how ordinary people encounter extraordinary help in the middle of real crisis. A devoted husband to Funmilayo and a caring father, Tolu-tope writes from conviction he has tested in his own life — as a pastor who has sat with the grieving and the overwhelmed, and as a leader who knows that no amount of competence exempts anyone from the need for help beyond themselves.
