Girls in Diaspora is a transformational confidence and identity-building programme designed to support girls growing up in the diaspora. This 2-day experience equips young girls with the emotional tools they need to navigate bullying, cultural identity challenges, and self-esteem issues—while helping them grow into confident, expressive, and grounded individuals.

Growing up abroad often comes with unspoken pressure to “fit in,” sometimes at the cost of a child’s sense of self and cultural pride. This programme addresses those challenges head-on, helping girls understand their value, embrace their roots, and confidently use their voice in school, social spaces, and at home.

Over the course of the programme, participants will learn how to:

Build healthy self-confidence and self-worth
Respond calmly and confidently to bullying and peer pressure
Set healthy boundaries and express their needs clearly
Develop assertiveness and positive communication skills
Embrace their cultural identity with pride
