Price It Right: A 3-evening live pricing class for bakers

Busy every weekend but nothing left at the end of the month? It's probably your prices.

Price It Right is a live online class over three evenings: Tue 3, Wed 4 and Thu 5 November, 19:30–20:45 (South African time), on Google Meet.

Evening 1: Cost your recipe. The 4 buckets behind every cake, and how to cost your own recipe properly.

Evening 2: Your time and overheads. What to pay yourself, and how to share electricity, gas, data and petrol across your cakes. I bake a lemon blueberry cake live, and we price every step.

Evening 3: Set your price and say it. The simple formula, a 3-price menu, and exactly what to say when a customer says "too expensive".

Two tickets:

General (R99): all three live evenings.

VIP (R149): all three live evenings, plus the recordings to keep, the costing worksheet, the price-list template, and the "too expensive" reply scripts.
