ICAN Corporate and Business Law – Foundation Level (Effective November 2025)

Corporate and Business Law (CBL) is a newly introduced Foundation-level course by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), replacing the former Business Law (BL) course. This new course will take effect starting from November 2025 as part of ICAN’s revised syllabus.
