Dating Dr. Dil follows a commitment-shy TV doctor who must persuade a hopeless romantic that they’re destined for each other. Kareena Mann dreams of a love story like her parents’, but she’d rather spend her time restoring classic cars than swiping on dating apps. When her father decides to sell her mother’s house, Kareena strikes a deal: if she gets engaged in four months, the house is hers. But her plan hits a snag when a heated argument with Dr. Prem Verma, the host of *The Dr. Dil Show*, goes viral, making him the last person she wants in her life. 

Dr. Prem Verma is focused on opening a local community health center, but after his argument with Kareena disrupts his fundraising efforts, he’s left scrambling. That’s when Kareena’s meddling aunties step in with a proposition: if he can convince Kareena that they’re soulmates, they’ll fund his clinic. Despite their clashing views on love—Prem’s arranged matches versus Kareena’s belief in love matches—the more time they spend together, the more Prem starts to believe that Kareena might be the one. But for them to have their happily ever after, they must admit that what started as animosity has turned into destiny.
