JULY 2022: Basic Retouching Class (For Beginners) -VIDEO REPLAY

This is an online Retouching Class with the objective of showing you the way I edit my images from start to finish.

In this class, I will break down the basics of retouching in the best way possible to give you a proper understanding of how to retouch any image that comes your way. 

I will teach here with the assumption that you are new to retouching and so I will take time to explain the following;

• Why you should shoot raw
• How to use capture one software and camera raw for raw processing
• How to clean up backgrounds in Photoshop
• How to retouch skin with frequency separation
• How to add depth to your images using dodge and burn
• How to create photoshop actions to speed up your workflow
• How to color grade light and dark skin tones
• How to export the best quality for Instagram and WhatsApp

HOW THE CLASS WILL RUN

You will be added to a WhatsApp group immediately after you make payment.

A day before the beginning of the class and I will provide links to download ALL required software (Capture one Pro, Beauty Retouch, Imagnomic Portraiture, and Photoshop) for FREE. 

We will hold class in the evenings (from 8:00 pm GMT+1) and I will send the video for you to watch again and add practice files.

Everyone is to submit what they worked on using knowledge from the class and after review, we will start the next class. 

At the end of the entire class, I will drop 5 random pictures for practice that should be edited and submitted for reviews within two weeks before we close the WhatsApp group.
