Our 2026 Summer Baking Classes are going to be taught in 3 Batches with each ranging from Mondays to Thursdays, 9am - 2pm and here's the breakdown below

Batch A: 28th July - 7th August

Batch B: 11th - 21st August

Batch C: 25th August- 4th September

1. Introduction to baking and decoration
2. Basic Tools needed for baking and decorating.
3. Basic baking ingredients and tips.

DAY 2

1. Red velvet cake, black forest cake, Cupcakes, puff-puff and whipped cream recipes.
2. How to Bake Black Forest cake.

DAY 3

How to Bake Red velvet cake.

DAY 4

Decorating cakes using Butter Cream Frosting.

DAY 5

How to Bake Cupcakes

DAY 6

Decorating Cupcakes

DAY 7

How to make Spring Rolls

DAY 8

How to make Chin-Chin

This class offers kids the opportunity of better their baking skills for passion or for pursuing a career in the baking industry.

Entry open to kids ages 6-18years.
