Refusal Management Consultation

So sorry to hear that you got refused. We understand that this is not the outcome you had hoped for. But don’t lose hope. We are here to assist and hold your hand through the process.

For this consultation, we will request the GCMS note (case file from IRCC) for you if you don’t have it already. If you have it then we will proceed to have the consultation.

If there is a time constraint then we will request documentation submitted and review then advise but we usually strongly recommend that we request the GCMS notes as this provides more details that can be addressed in a new application

This service includes:

• We will obtain your case file from IRCC which is a document that has all the notes and comments made by immigration officers while processing your file,
• We will explain the case notes,
• We will counsel you on the next steps depending on the outcome
