YOU ARE RECREATED TO SOAR LIKE AN EAGLE
The Eagle is one of nature's best examples of strength, Perseverance and determination.
Eagles are very powerful and you need to be courageous in order to survive the weather and the storms of life which you have no control over sometimes. Once you survive, it makes you stronger and come alive again. Powerful eagles attack poisonous snakes and tear them in pieces, heads off with their beaks. They are fearless in battle. Hence, we also must stand against fear of the unknown. Eagles love going through stormy weather to navigate.
It is a bird who refuses its Destiny to be determined by others. As you and I continue to journey through life and stay committed to succeed we can learn some important lesson from this majestic bird. Eagles and chicken have one characteristics in common. They are both birds. Remember the chicken and the eagle represent different types of Christians I have observed in the body of Christ.
The chickens are generally skittish and afraid of life, they are lazy and rarely reach their potential. Chickens simply scratch around the barnyard and cluck. We do not see chickens flying because chickens flap. They do not fly. They need to leave inside the confines of a fence and are satisfied to do so. They cannot handle freedom, they must be kept in the chickens yard. When the storm comes the chickens first response is to flap around in the chicken's yard. Staring up dirt and running around with its colleagues in deep fear.
Christians who flap around and run to the chickens house when difficulties arise are not living the victorious life Jesus died to give us. We have to stop running for things, especially the storms of Life. We are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37). We can be confident in God at all times and we can stay peaceful in the midst of storms. God has called us and equipped us to overcome storms not to be fearful or intimidated.
