PLEASE NOTE:

1. Sessions that have been booked and paid for are non-refundable.
2. If a session is planned for a given time/day and the you don't show up, the session is considered completed unless a notification to postpone was communicated at least 48 hours in advance, in which case a new date will be booked. (You are allowed to reschedule once)
3. Absence on the new scheduled date will be deemed a completed session, with full payment necessary to reschedule.
