PREFACE

THE WAY OF LIFE of a particular group of people in a geographical territory is defined by their culture. Culture gives people sense of belonging, identity and origin. As Christians, we are not left out in this description because, we “…are a chosen race…a dedicated nation, [God's] own purchased, special people, that…set forth the wonderful deeds and display…” His virtues and perfections to the world—[Exodus 19:5, 6] 1Peter 2:9AMP.

            In this dedicated [or “Holy”-KJV] nation; the keystone of our culture is God’s Word. It is called the law of liberty [not bondage]. It dictates our way of life because, it is “…written concerning [us]--to do [His] will...'"-Heb. 10:7 Weymouth.  

           Besides that, there is no territorial boundary in this “Holy nation” of ours. Its territorial boundary is God’s Word! Once you are out of His Word, you are out of His territorial boundary. So get ready for the journey of a successful and victorious life by being cultured or engulf by God’s Word!

           Chapter one is the Key to unlock the doors of your spiritual understanding of other chapters of this book as you confess the Lordship of Jesus Christ over your life at the end of it. Until you do that, you will “…receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God [in other chapters]: because they are spiritually discerned, neither can [you] know them for they… [will be] foolishness unto [you].”- 1 Cor. 2:14paraphrase.

           Being cultured is a process that begins after you have given your life to Christ. Through other chapters "You have been given the opportunity to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven...”- Matt. 13:11 NET Bible. So get ready!
