In June 2026,  Hon. Justice J.K. Omotosho called me out in open court because of a Facebook post I wrote.

In front of a full gallery of lawyers

including a Senior Advocate.

He'd seen my posts on Facebook and wanted to know if I knew the answer.

I stood up. I cited Section 216 of the ACJA and Osareren v FRN without flinching.

He nodded.

"Thank you. That's the correct position."

It was my first ever amicus curiae moment as a young lawyer.

That didn't happen because I got lucky.

It happened because I knew certain things about litigation that Law School does not teach.

On October 17th, I'm teaching you exactly that.

I’m that lawyer who got my first judgment at the Bar the same year I was called to the Bar.

I faced a SAN for the first time as a New Wig and escaped cost in the sum of N250, 000

I have faced two SANs across the bar with nothing but a notepad and my instincts.

I have secured almost 100 judgments ever since 2022 when I started practice.

So, listen.

I know my stuff.

This Class is for you if:

You got called to bar recently and have no one to mentor you.

You are a law student who does not know if litigation is for you.

You've been away from litigation and need to find your footing again without embarrassing yourself.

You want to solidify your litigation skills.

Here is what you will learn-

BEFORE YOU STEP INTO COURT

— You will know how to prepare for every court appearance, including what to when a case file lands in your hands on the morning of trial

— You will know what the cause list is, the right way to endorse it, and what it expected of you from the moment you step in the courtroom till you have to leave

— You will know how to obtain a Certified True Copy of court proceedings and how to file other applications before a Court to get what you want from the Registry

— You will know what to wear to a courtroom: accepted dress code, what to carry, how to dress, and how to walk into that courtroom like you belong there

— You will know how and what to say when holding brief for a senior lawyer, how to move a Motion and other applications. How to make common requests in practice while sounding confident.

WHEN YOU ARE STANDING BEFORE THE JUDGE

— You will know the exact comportment and words that tell a judge you are competent before you make your first argument

— You will know how to announce appearance so the entire courtroom remembers your name and you get new clients on your way out

— You will know how lawyers speak in turn, how to  ethically disagree with opposing counsel or the Court without annoying the judge

— You will know the basic courtroom phrases and vocabulary that make you sound like a SAN in the making

— You will learn the proper way to end your submissions in court so that it lands instead of just trailing off

Again… Why learn from me?

I am 6 years post-call.

I have prosecuted 100+ court cases with success.

I am the No. 1 LinkedIn thought leader in Law & Justice globally.

I learned most of what I will teach you by standing in that courtroom alone, figuring it out in real time, with real consequences.

You do not have to learn it that way.

Invest in yourself.
