Lunox M is a fully automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5, built around a transparent dual-basket recovery engine and an SMA + Stochastic-RSI signal core. It is made for traders who want a configurable, well-instrumented grid system with modern risk controls and clear on-chart feedback — not a sealed black box you have to trust blindly.

Every entry, exit, recovery, and safety decision is exposed as an input you can read, adjust, and backtest. Nothing repaints: all signals are evaluated on closed bars, so what you see on history is what you get live.

Signal engine

• 96-period SMA trend filter paired with a smoothed Stochastic-RSI momentum read (RSI 96 → Stochastic 96 → %K/%D smoothing).
• A new series opens only when trend and momentum agree — reducing entries into indecisive, choppy conditions.
• Evaluated strictly on closed bars. No repainting, no look-ahead.

Trade management

• Dual-basket hedging — independent buy and sell baskets can run at the same time (hedging account required).
• Recovery grid with configurable multiplier — adds structured levels to work a basket back toward its volume-weighted average.
• Dynamic grid distance — fixed spacing for early levels, then progressive widening deeper into a basket to slow accumulation.
• Virtual take-profit and trailing — targets are managed inside the EA and kept off the broker's servers, so your exit levels aren't sitting visible on the book.
• Drawdown-reduction module — from a level you choose, it pairs an older losing position with a newer winning one and closes them together once the winner covers the loss plus a buffer, easing basket size without waiting for full recovery.

Risk controls

• Percent-of-balance floating-loss cap — flatten both baskets if open loss reaches a set % of balance. Currency-agnostic, so it behaves identically on USD, cent, and other account denominations.
• Equity-vs-balance stop — optional hard floor on account equity.
• Soft-cap lot control — cap the martingale hard, or let it scale past the cap at a gentler, separate rate you define.
• Spread, session-hour, and session-open filters — avoid trading during wide-spread or unwanted windows.
• Max-orders ceiling per direction.

Optional advanced modes

• Trend re-entry — during a sustained trend, re-open a series without waiting for a full fresh signal, so the EA keeps participating in extended moves.
• Pyramiding — add in the direction of the move while the trend holds, with the option to keep those adds at a flat starting lot for even, controlled stacking.
• Early-turn "Watch" state — a yellow marker flags an early momentum turn (or a flattening trend) and pauses new entries until the trend re-confirms with a set number of directional bars.
• Optional Telegram companion bridge — for self-hosted VPS users, control trade direction (Auto / Buy-only / Sell-only / Pause) and pull a live chart screenshot from your phone. File-based, so nothing sensitive leaves your terminal over the network.

On-chart visuals

• Live direction arrows tracking trend slope.
• Floating and realized profit labels that persist on the chart.
• A clean status header showing basket counts and running P/L at a glance.

Recommended markets & timeframe

Tuned and tested primarily on Gold (XAUUSD), EURUSD, and GBPUSD on the M15 timeframe. Preconfigured .set files are included for 2-digit and 3-digit Gold, EURUSD, and GBPUSD so you can load a starting configuration in seconds and tune from there.

Requirements

• MetaTrader 5, hedging account (not netting).
• A broker with reasonable spreads on your chosen symbol.
• VPS strongly recommended for uninterrupted 24/5 operation.
• An account balance appropriate for your chosen lot size, grid depth, and risk cap — grid systems need headroom.

Lunox M uses grid and martingale-style position management.
