Most services provided by Adakings Limited are consulting, advisory, mentorship, educational, and digital services that involve:
• professional time
• consultation sessions
• research and advisory support
• digital content access
• mentorship and guidance
• application preparation assistance
• administrative coordination
- NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While we provide professional guidance and support, Adakings Limited does not guarantee:
• university admission
• visa approval
• student loan approval
• employment/job offers
• immigration approval
• licensing approval
• relationship or personal outcomes
• any third-party institutional decision
All final decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions, employers, immigration authorities, lenders, or organizations.
- CONSULTATION AND SERVICE DELIVERY
A service is considered to have started once any of the following occurs:
• consultation session has been conducted
• Zoom/phone meeting has taken place
• mentorship access has been granted
• digital product/material has been delivered or accessed
• research or advisory work has begun
• application preparation has been initiated
• onboarding or registration has been completed
• guidance or recommendations have been provided
- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for:
• providing accurate information
• submitting requested documents on time
• attending scheduled sessions
• selecting preferred programs/services where applicable
• responding to communication when required
Failure to provide required information or documents may delay or prevent service completion.
- REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our consulting, mentorship, advisory, and digital services, all payments made to Adakings Limited are generally non-refundable once service delivery has begun.
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
• client changes their mind after payment
• client no longer wishes to continue
• consultation or mentorship session has taken place
• digital products/materials have been accessed or delivered
• application or advisory work has started
• client fails to provide required documents or information
• dissatisfaction based on personal preference after consultation
• third-party institutions decline admission, visa, loan, or job applications
• delays caused by client non-responsiveness
- DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND MASTERCLASSES
All digital products, masterclasses, recorded materials, downloadable resources, and educational content sold by Adakings Limited are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
- COMMUNICATION
Adakings Limited may operate with remote administrative staff, consultants, and support personnel located in different countries who assist with onboarding, scheduling, customer support, and administrative coordination.
- MEDICAL OR EMERGENCY DELAYS
In rare cases involving health issues, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, service timelines may be temporarily adjusted. Clients will be informed appropriately where necessary.
- AGREEMENT
By purchasing any service or product from Adakings Limited, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and our service terms.
Adakings Limited reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
