Adakings Limited provides professional guidance and support services only.
We do not guarantee:
• university admission
• visa approval
• student loan approval
• employment/job placement
• immigration approval
• licensing approval
• personal or relationship outcomes
• any decision made by third-party institutions or organizations
All final decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions, employers, immigration authorities, lenders, or organizations.
- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for:
• providing accurate and truthful information
• submitting requested documents on time
• attending scheduled meetings and consultations
• responding to communication when required
• selecting preferred programs/services where applicable
Failure to provide required information or documents may delay or prevent completion of the service.
- CONSULTATIONS AND SERVICE DELIVERY
A service is considered to have commenced once any of the following occurs:
• a consultation session has taken place
• a Zoom or phone meeting has occurred
• mentorship access has been granted
• digital content or resources have been delivered
• research or application preparation has begun
• onboarding or registration has been completed
• guidance or recommendations have been provided
- REFUND POLICY
All refunds are governed by our official Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of consulting, mentorship, and digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once service delivery has begun.
Clients are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before purchasing any service or product.
- DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND CONTENT
All digital products, masterclasses, recorded materials, downloadable files, templates, and educational resources are for personal use only.
Clients may not:
• resell
• redistribute
• reproduce
• share
• copy
• publish
any material provided by Adakings Limited without written permission.
- COMMUNICATION
Adakings Limited may operate with remote administrative staff, consultants, or support personnel located in different countries who assist with onboarding, scheduling, customer support, and administrative coordination.
- APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled meetings at the agreed time.
Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice may result in rescheduling delays.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Adakings Limited shall not be held liable for:
• decisions made by third-party institutions
• delays caused by clients
• visa refusals
• admission denials
• loan denials
• employment rejections
• technical interruptions beyond our control
• losses resulting from inaccurate client information
- PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.
Adakings Limited reserves the right to discontinue services in cases involving abuse, harassment, threats, fraud, or inappropriate conduct.
- MEDICAL OR EMERGENCY DELAYS
In rare situations involving illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, service timelines may be temporarily adjusted. Clients will be informed where reasonably possible.
- PRIVACY
Client information and submitted documents will be handled professionally and used only for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
- MODIFICATIONS
Adakings Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- AGREEMENT
By purchasing or using any product or service provided by Adakings Limited, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
