Welcome to Knackam Beatz (“we”). By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any beat, instrumental, stem, or related content from our beat store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. DEFINITIONS
- Beat / Instrumental – Any musical composition provided by Knackam Beatz.
- License – The legal permission granted to the buyer under specific terms (Non-Exclusive, Exclusive, or Stem License).
- Customer / Licensee – Any individual or entity purchasing or using our beats.
- Exclusive License – A license granting exclusive rights as defined in the license agreement.
- Non-Exclusive License – A license allowing limited usage while the beat remains available to others.
- Stems – Individual track files of a beat provided under a Stem License.
2. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT
All beats, instrumentals, stems, artwork, and related materials remain the sole intellectual property of Knackam Beatz unless explicitly transferred under an Exclusive License agreement.
Purchasing a beat does NOT grant ownership of the beat — only a license to use it under agreed terms.
3. LICENSE TYPES
A. Non-Exclusive License
By purchasing a Non-Exclusive License, you are granted:
- Limited rights to record vocals and release a song
- Usage for distribution, performances, and monetization within license limits
- No ownership or exclusivity
The beat may continue to be sold to other customers.
B. Exclusive License
An Exclusive License grants:
- Exclusive usage rights as stated in the agreement
- Removal of the beat from public sale after purchase
- Expanded commercial usage rights
Copyright ownership remains with Knackam Beatz unless explicitly transferred in writing.
C. Stem License
A Stem License allows:
- Access to individual track stems
- Mixing, arrangement, and production flexibility
- Usage rights based on the selected license type
Note: A license agreement file will be sent to you via the email or contact you provided during purchase, make sure to read and sign it.
4. PROHIBITED USES
You may NOT:
- Claim ownership or authorship of the beat
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute beats or stems as standalone files
- Upload beats to Content ID systems (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) without written permission
- Use beats for defamatory, illegal, or hateful content
- Share purchased files with third parties
5. CREDITS (MANDATORY)
Where credits are applicable, you must credit:
“Produced by Knackam Beatz”
Failure to provide proper credit may result in license termination.
6. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- Digital products are delivered instantly after payment
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may
result in license revocation
7. DELIVERY & ACCESS
- Files are delivered via download link or email
- It is your responsibility to download and back up your files
- We are not responsible for lost files after delivery.
8. TERMINATION OF LICENSE
We reserve the right to terminate any license if:
- License terms are violated
- Unauthorized use or redistribution occurs
- False ownership claims are made
Upon termination, all usage rights are revoked immediately.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Knackam Beatz shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Copyright claims resulting from misuse
- Technical issues beyond our control
All beats are provided “as is.”
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knackam Beatz from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of our beats.
11. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
