Payment Terms

Digital Delivery & Access
Upon confirmed payment, access to purchased products and services is delivered as follows:

- Mentorship Updates: Delivered continuously throughout the membership period
Access duration is as specified at the time of purchase (typically 30 days / 1 month). After the membership period, access may be renewed at the available renewal rate.

Acceptable Use Policy

- Members are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials
- Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any content is strictly prohibited
- Screenshots and unauthorized sharing of private group content violates these Terms
- The Company's brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used without written consent

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

- Continuous availability of third-party platforms, tools, or services mentioned
- The ongoing effectiveness of any method as platforms frequently update their systems
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Account & Membership Termination
The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to all services without refund if you:

- Use provided tools for clearly illegal or unethical activities
Members may cancel their membership at any time, subject to the Refund Policy outlined separately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Syate Of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the United States of America.
