1. Delivery Timeline
All orders will be processed and delivered on or before April 20th.
Due to the high volume of orders during the sales period, customers are advised to wait patiently for their order within the stated timeframe.
If April 20th passes and your order has not been delivered, kindly send a message to our Customer Support Line (WhatsApp only) with the following:

2. Color Selection Policy
During this sale period, customers cannot select specific colors.
Orders will be fulfilled based on available stock and production batches. Any color preference written in the customer notes section will not be considered.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales made during this promotion are final.
Due to the discounted nature of the sale, we do not offer refunds after payment has been confirmed.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only permitted in cases where:
The wrong item was delivered, or
The item received is damaged.
Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
5. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
