At TRME Store, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we offer the following refund policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Returns
We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns must be made within twenty-four (24) hours for customers within Lagos and forty-eight (48) hours for customers outside Lagos from the time of delivery. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return process.
All returns must be sent back to us with a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
- The product you received is completely different from what you ordered.
- The product you received is damaged or defective.
If your return meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping when you placed your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will process your refund as soon as possible, but please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to be credited to your account. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] within the first twelve (12) hours of your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
