Emeda ‘Eda’ Swanson has a life that is as good as it can get; a house she doesn’t need to pay rent for, a job she just needs a promotion in, and a man she wants to be with although her best friend – Rita – thinks she can do better.

When the PR company she works for decides to take a shot at their biggest client yet, Eda is part of the team tasked with getting him on board and they’re sure nothing would go wrong. Unfortunately, it does; thanks to a horrendously timed cliché moment that revolved around her.

With an ultimatum to fix what she has ruined or let go of the job position she’s worked hard for, Eda desperately shows up at the lobby of Rikkard Ashford’s company, asking for just one chance to meet him no matter what it takes so she can convince him that the PR company she’s affiliated with is his best bet.
