We will also address habits that weaken your presence, including:

• over-explaining
• apologizing unnecessarily
• hesitation
• weak language
• unclear delivery

The goal is to help you communicate with more clarity, confidence, and executive presence.

Week 3

Leadership Influence and Team Effectiveness

This session is about strengthening your leadership presence and improving how you are perceived by others.

You will learn how to:

• build stronger leadership influence
• lead and manage people more effectively
• show up with greater composure and credibility
• increase confidence in how you lead teams and handle people dynamics

This final week is designed to help you move from insight to practical leadership effectiveness.
