Ada is a nonprofit founder and operator with over a decade of experience building, scaling, and institutionalising mission-driven organisations.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of She Code Africa, a global nonprofit that has grown from a volunteer-led initiative into a structured, funder-backed organisation impacting thousands across multiple regions. Under her leadership, She Code Africa has:

• Built distributed teams and scalable programs
• Secured multiple six-figure institutional and corporate funding from regional and global brands including HP, FedEx, Glovo and many more
• Designed governance, legal, and operational systems that support long-term growth
• Partnered with global companies, donors, and ecosystem leaders
