Crushing, dissolving and flushing kidney stones

For more than half a decade I have been talking about kidney health even before I was certified a kidney health coach by American Kidney fund. During most of my coaching sessions one thing stood out, may people who listened to me had one question and the question points towards urinary tract infections.

Recently I released the revised edition of my first ebook " Crushing Kidney Stones " with an online presentation. More than half of the participants came up with questions on this same urinary tract infection. This gave me a serious concern, even when I tried to move the thought aside it came heavily to me. So I decided to talk about it I made my research and this is what I found out; Urinary tract infections are the invasion of the urine ( liquid waste made by the kidneys ) pathway by micro organism. The urine pathway or tract consist of the kidneys, ureters, bladder and the urethra. If microorganisms finds its way to any of these pathways listed then we can say that a person have urinary tract infections. 

Someone may have urinary tract infections ( UTI ) without symptoms while another person may have UTI with very severe symptoms. On the other hand the severity of symptoms may be different from person to person. It's also important to know that certain diseases may present with similar signs and symptoms. I had a patient who approached me that she's having a low back pain and it was consistent with what I discussed about kidney stones but after discussing with her and reviewing the test results I sent her for, it discovered that she had Urinary tract infections and not Kidney Stones.
