We all have several things in common.
Things that may not be peculiar to anyone but are ingredients for creating a peculiar life.
One of Such common denominators is time. We all have equal time in a day. No one has a time problem. How we use and manage time is what makes the difference. We are not too busy for anything: we simply give time to what seems more important to us. Essentially, we are a reflection of what we give time to.
Another thing we all have in common is Choice.
Some may call it 'will' or the power to decide. When we decide, what we decide, and how we respond to these decisions defines the trajectory of our lives. Just like time, the power to decide is not peculiar to anyone.
The third thing we have in common is problems. Yes, problems! Problems are not the problem, just as time isn't the problem. In most parts of the world, there is a culture of analyzing problems as disadvantages and we barely embrace the prospects of problems.
Problems are everywhere. We are simply as important as the problems we are solving. Problems are not going anywhere. We cannot run from them. Many times, old solutions become new problems. Many years ago, analogue telephones seemed like an all-time solution, then it became a problem that we could not take our telephones everywhere. Suddenly, a solution became a problem someone embraced as an opportunity to invent mobile phones. Currently mobile phones are no longer enough as phones you can take anywhere, we need them to do more than make and receive calls. So today, Our phones have also become mobile calendars, mobile cameras and mobile note pads all in one. Problems are not going anywhere.
Problems are natural. It is the lack of solutions that may be unnatural. We are wired for solutions. Our essence is in providing solutions to problems. We are 'useless' without problems. Problems are not the enemy. They are not peculiar to anyone.
What we hope to accomplish in this book is to unwrap the prospects in problems. There is a way to navigate through problems, work problems and convert problems to a pool of advantages.
Our mindsets and attitudes to problems are chiefly the determinants of the outcomes of our lives. In the pages of this book, I will be sharing with you Some vital facts that will rewire your mind and re-program your thinking so you can have a different perception of "problems." I believe this will position you to embrace life's advantages to create that dream life you desire. If you are as ready for the ride as I am, let's do this!
