OUTFITS OF HOPE 💛 – A TRUE STORY
I wasn’t a very happy teenager. There were many reasons — story for another day.
But I’ll never forget one Tuesday afternoon that changed everything.
I was walking home from school when a lady I admired stopped me and said,
“I have a gift for you.”
That evening, I went to her house to pick it up. When I got home and opened the package, I found beautifully ironed, clean, sweet-smelling clothes — all my size.
That moment made me feel seen, loved, and valued.
At that stage in my life, I had outgrown my old clothes but couldn’t tell my parents.
So, that gift — simple as it seemed — felt like an answered prayer.
I’ve never forgotten that feeling.
And that’s why I started Project 27, to bring that same smile to 27 young people this Christmas through Outfits of Hope.
We’re not just giving clothes — we’re giving confidence, dignity, and love.
You don’t have to be rich to give; you just have to be wise enough to know that the giving hand will always stay on top.
🕊️ Donations are open from November 11th – December 10th, 2025.
