- Malaria is a life-threatening disease all over the world with nearly half of the world’s population at risk of Malaria especially in most developing countries. It is typically transmitted through the bite of infected female (Anopheles) mosquitoes. Infected mosquitoes carry the Plasmodium parasite and releases it into the bloodstream where it becomes matured and infects the red blood cells after an infective bite. The transmission usually takes place between 48 to 72 hours after which the parasite burst open and infect the whole body cells. Some common symptoms of Malaria are fever, headache, profuse sweating, vomiting, abdominal pain, convulsion and shivering.
The active ingredient of Qinghao is Artemisinin; the extraction of Artemisia annuna. Artemisinin fights the ultra-structure of the parasites in the erythrocytes phase and thus leading to their termination in the body cells. The parasites die rapidly due to loss of nutrition and cytoplasm and this happens through the production of peroxide bridge mediated by the free ferrous ions produced by Artemisinin.
- Because Qinghao capsule contains Artemisinin, it is not surprising that it helps to rigorously combat Plasmodium falciparum and other multi-drug resistance malaria. Qinghao capsule is formulated with a worldwide recognized Artemisinin formulation and it has been sold in the market for over a decade. It is tested, trusted, and certified, and has been used by many people in Africa and other parts of the world. Apart from this, Qinghao capsule is herbal-based, and its ingredients are believed to provide an added immune-supporting benefit.
