The Green Book of Forgiveness

For two years, I struggled with guilt, resentment, anger, and unforgiveness. I prayed to God every day to forgive me for my

past mistakes for two whole years. And suddenly, one day, I thought to myself: what if God had already forgiven me? In that moment, I knew that I was the one struggling to forgive lnmyself and when I did, everything changed.

In my work as a Life Transition Coach and Grief Recovery Counsellor with people of diverse backgrounds and peculiar life experiences, I have come to know that un-forgiveness is something that many people struggle with thereby slowing down their recovery journey. So, it became important to teach and write about forgiveness often, especially via my online channels. I have hosted webinars and taught various classes on forgiveness. I have even recorded and published several podcast episodes as well but, I felt, writing a small guide that could be accessible to the World would be an amazing thing to do. So, I got to work. And here it is, in your hands.
