Over the years, I've coached individuals, entrepreneurs, executives and leaders through some of the most important decisions of their lives. One question kept coming up: "What is coaching with you actually like?" I realised that many people were curious about coaching but weren't yet ready to commit to a programme or one-on-one sessions. So I created The Global Force Digital Coaching Space.
