You left The Builders Conference knowing what deserves your attention next.
The Builders Accelerator is where you do the work.
It is an eight-week guided execution programme for founders, creatives, professionals and community builders who are ready to actively build the systems their next stage requires.
This is not another conference.
It is not a collection of motivational classes.
It is not eight weeks of making plans you may never implement.
During the Accelerator, you will work on your actual business, platform, project or initiative. Every week, you will build and submit a specific piece of work, receive direct feedback on it and make the necessary corrections.
Because understanding what to do is not the same as building it well.
WHAT MAKES THE ACCELERATOR DIFFERENT?
The Builders Conference provides insight, direction and access.
The Builders Accelerator provides execution, feedback and correction.
At the conference, you identify what your next 90 days should focus on.
Inside the Accelerator, you build the offer, visibility system, opportunity pipeline and weekly operating structure required to make those 90 days real.
You will not simply be told what to do.
You will build it.
You will submit it.
We will review it together.
You will receive clear feedback on what to fix, remove, test or strengthen.
Then you will return to the market and apply what you have built.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
The Builders Accelerator is designed for people who already have something in motion.
This includes:
• Founders building an early-stage or growing business
• Creatives building commercially viable products, platforms or bodies of work
• Consultants and experts developing stronger offers around their knowledge
• Professionals building independent ventures or industry platforms
• Community builders developing sustainable initiatives
• Social-impact leaders strengthening active organisations or projects
• Builders who attended The Builders Conference and want support implementing their 90-day priorities
You should already have a business, product, service, platform, initiative or body of work that can be developed during the programme.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
But you must be ready to show your work, test your assumptions, receive feedback and implement corrections.
THIS PROGRAMME IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
• You are looking only for inspiration or motivation
• You do not yet have anything specific you want to build
• You are unwilling to complete weekly implementation work
• You want someone else to build your business for you
• You are unwilling to test your ideas with real people
• You are not open to honest feedback and correction
• You cannot consistently commit time to the programme
THE EIGHT-WEEK BUILD
WEEK 1: DIAGNOSE THE REAL CONSTRAINT
You will begin by examining what you have already built, what is producing results and what is preventing your next stage of growth.
Rather than attempting to fix everything at once, you will select one important outcome to pursue during the programme.
You will submit:
• Your Builder Baseline
• Evidence of your current stage
• Your primary constraint
• One measurable eight-week build objective
You will receive feedback on whether you are solving the right problem and pursuing the right priority.
WEEK 2: REBUILD YOUR POSITIONING
If people cannot quickly understand what you do, who it is for and why it matters, every other part of growth becomes harder.
You will develop and test a clearer way of communicating what you are building.
You will submit:
• Your audience definition
• Your problem and value statement
• Your positioning statement
• Your short and extended description
• Responses from a small positioning test
You will receive feedback on what remains vague, generic, confusing or unconvincing.
WEEK 3: STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE OFFER
More visibility cannot rescue an offer people do not understand, need or trust.
You will examine your current offer and strengthen how it solves a real problem, delivers value and gives the right customer or stakeholder a reason to say yes.
You will submit:
• Your revised core offer
• Its intended outcome
• Its structure and delivery process
• Its price or value exchange
• The evidence supporting it
• Feedback from potential customers, users or stakeholders
You will receive direct correction on what should be removed, clarified, tested or strengthened before you invest more time promoting it.
WEEK 4: BUILD YOUR VISIBILITY ENGINE
You will move from “I need to post more” to a visibility system connected to your actual growth goals.
You will determine who needs to know you, what they need to associate with your work and what evidence will make your positioning credible.
You will submit:
• Your visibility objective
• Your priority audiences
• Your core messages
• Your proof and credibility assets
• Your selected visibility channels
• A four-week visibility test
You will receive feedback on whether your visibility activity is likely to create the recognition and opportunities you need.
WEEK 5: BUILD YOUR OPPORTUNITY PIPELINE
Opportunities should not depend entirely on luck, referrals or occasional public announcements.
You will build a working pipeline of potential customers, partners, funders, platforms, collaborators and relevant rooms.
You will submit:
• A prioritised list of opportunities
• Your opportunity qualification criteria
• Your outreach or application assets
• A follow-up process
• Evidence of your first outreach actions
You will receive feedback on the quality of your targets, the strength of your approach and what may be reducing your response rate.
WEEK 6: BUILD YOUR RESOURCE AND FUNDING PATHWAY
Not every builder needs an investor. Some need customers, partnerships, grants, sponsors, stronger cash flow or a better revenue model.
You will determine what your next stage actually requires and build a practical pathway towards securing it.
You will submit:
• Your defined resource requirement
• Your selected funding or revenue pathway
• Your readiness-gap assessment
• Your core funding or partnership narrative
• Your supporting evidence checklist
• Your first set of funding or resource actions
You will receive feedback on whether your chosen pathway fits your stage and what must be improved before approaching the market.
Please note: the programme does not promise funding or investment. It helps you improve your readiness, evidence, strategy and approach.
WEEK 7: INSTALL YOUR EXECUTION SYSTEM
A strategy is only useful when it changes what happens every week.
You will convert the assets you have built into a practical operating system with priorities, milestones, measures, routines and decision rules.
You will submit:
• Your 90-day outcome
• Three execution priorities
• Weekly milestones
• Progress measures
• Your Builder Scorecard
• Your weekly review process
• Your stop-doing list
You will receive feedback on whether your system is realistic, measurable and strong enough to keep execution from drifting.
WEEK 8: THE BUILDERS’ REVIEW
In the final week, you will present what you have built, the assumptions you have tested, the corrections you have made and what you are now prepared to execute.
This is not a presentation of ideas.
It is a review of working assets and evidence.
You will leave with:
• A refined offer
• Clearer positioning
• A tested visibility direction
• An active opportunity pipeline
• A defined resource or funding pathway
• A 90-day execution system
• Final advisory feedback
• Clear next actions for the following 90 days
HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS
Each week follows a practical build-and-correct cycle:
You receive the framework and instructions required for that week’s build.
You apply the framework directly to your business, project, platform or initiative.
You submit your completed work by the weekly deadline.
Selected submissions are examined during live review and correction sessions.
You revise your work based on the feedback you receive.
Where applicable, you take the revised asset into the market and collect evidence.
You return with what happened, what you learned and what must change next.
This feedback loop is the real mechanism of the Accelerator.
It prevents you from spending months building around weak assumptions, unclear positioning or the wrong priority.
WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES
• Eight weekly live build sessions
• Live review and correction of actual participant work
• Weekly implementation assignments
• The Builders Accelerator Workbook
• Templates for each working asset
• Accountability check-ins
• A private cohort community

• A mid-programme implementation review

THE ROLE OF ADVISORY
You are not joining the Accelerator because you need more ideas.
You are joining because execution creates decisions that cannot always be resolved through a template or recorded lesson.
Is this the right priority?
Is the offer clear enough?
Does the audience actually need it?
Is the opportunity worth pursuing?
What is missing from the funding narrative?
Is this strategy too ambitious for the available time and resources?
What should be removed before more effort is invested?
The advisory function of the Accelerator is to examine what you are building and help you recognise what you may not be able to see from inside the work.
You will receive practical guidance on what to fix, remove, test or strengthen.
The final decisions and responsibility for implementation remain yours.
THE COMMITMENT
You should expect to commit approximately five hours each week.
This includes:
• Attending the weekly live session
• Completing the weekly build
• Submitting your work by the deadline
• Participating in accountability check-ins
• Testing selected assets with real people
• Implementing corrections
• Reporting your progress honestly
The value of the Accelerator is not determined by how many sessions you watch.
It is determined by how much you build, test and improve.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No. The Accelerator is open to suitable builders who did not attend the conference.
However, conference participants can use the direction and priorities developed at the event as the starting point for their eight-week build.
Not in the traditional sense.
You will receive teaching and frameworks, but the programme is structured around implementation. You will be expected to build, submit, test and revise real assets connected to your work.
No. However, you must already be actively working on a specific business, project, platform, service, product, initiative or body of work.
The Accelerator is best suited to people who have already started building or are ready to test a clearly defined offer immediately.
If you are still searching for an idea or are not prepared to begin implementation, this may not be the right programme for you.
No. You will build your own assets using the frameworks, templates, feedback and correction provided.
The purpose is not to make you dependent on someone else. It is to help you build stronger decision-making and execution capacity.
The programme includes live reviews, group correction and shared learning from selected submissions.
The exact feedback structure and submission schedule will be communicated during onboarding.
The programme will help you clarify what resources you need, assess your readiness, strengthen your funding or partnership narrative and build a pathway for approaching appropriate opportunities.
It does not guarantee grants, sponsorship, loans or investment.
No. Results depend on your offer, market, decisions, capacity and implementation.
The Accelerator provides structure, feedback, tools and accountability. It does not guarantee a particular financial or commercial outcome.
You may watch the available recording, but you remain responsible for completing and submitting the weekly work.
Because feedback and accountability are central to the experience, participants should make every effort to attend live.
Cohort spaces, programme materials and support capacity are allocated immediately after registration. All confirmed payments are therefore final and non-refundable.
Please review the programme dates, expectations and required commitment carefully before registering.
Transfer requests may be considered before the programme begins and remain subject to approval.
Places cannot be transferred after the programme has started.
UNDERSTANDING IS NOT THE SAME AS BUILDING
You may already know that your positioning needs work.
You may already know that you need to become more visible.
You may already know that you need funding, partnerships, customers or a stronger execution system.
The question is whether those things will still exist as unfinished intentions three months from now.
The Builders Accelerator gives you eight weeks to build them—with deadlines, feedback, correction and accountability.
If you are ready to stop carrying your next stage as an idea and begin constructing it as a working reality, register for The Builders Accelerator.
