a. The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) holds the final decision on the choice of business name from the available names provided by you. We do not have a say over the particular name that will be chosen

e. The registration process typically takes 10-14 working days. Branding (e.g ID Cards, Frame, etc) requires an additional 3 working days. Delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days. Please note that these time-frames are estimates and may be subject to change based on the workload and policies of the relevant authorities.

f. In the event that your submitted name gets disapproved, you will pay a token of #2000 for name re-submission.
