- Member’s ability to source customers.

- Market conditions

- Product demand

- Payment completion by buyers

🔵 Credit & Pay-On-Delivery Policy:

Credit support is,

- Not automatic.

- Not permanent.

- Performance-based.

- Revocable at any time.

🔵 Credit is only approved for:

- Verified orders.

- Confirmed delivery locations.

- Clear buyer identification.

🔵 SPEX BUILDING HQ reserves the right to:

- Decline any order.

- Limit allocation.

- Withdraw credit access.

🔵 Payment & Settlement.

For Pay-On-Delivery trades,

- Delivery is made directly to official drop off station.

- Payment must be completed before goods are released.

- Margin distribution is processed after confirmed payment.

- No goods shall leave warehouse without approved documentation.

🔵 Default & Misconduct:

Any member found guilty of

- Misrepresentation.

- Fraud

- Client diversion

- False order claims

🔵 Non-remittance:

Will face,

- Immediate suspension.

- Permanent removal.

- Legal action where necessary.

🔵 Risk Disclosure:

- Members acknowledge these risks before joining.

🔵 Termination Rights:

SPEX BUILDING HQ reserves the right to:

- Modify membership structure.

- Adjust product categories.

- Update trade rules.

- Terminate membership upon breach

- Dispute Resolution.

- All disputes shall first be resolved internally through mediation.

- If unresolved, disputes shall be settled under Nigerian Commercial Law.
