About the Book: Volume 1

From Ruins to Results, Volume 1: Seeing Clearly, Deciding Wisely, and Creating Change

Every generation inherits broken walls. Some are visible, like failing organisations and neglected communities. Others are private, like a stalled career, a strained relationship or a dream delayed for so long that disappointment feels normal. The question is not whether you will meet ruins, but what you will do when you see them.

Drawing on Nehemiah, the cupbearer who heard that a city lay in ruins and chose to rebuild it, Volume 1 shows how every lasting transformation begins long before the first stone is laid. Across seven chapters, you will learn to recognise what others ignore, assess a situation honestly, and tell strategic patience from procrastination. You will also learn to build a vision worth following, make courageous decisions, and change the habits, thinking, systems and culture beneath the visible problem.

The volume closes with the Rebuilder’s Blueprint, a practical framework and set of reflection exercises for naming your own broken walls and preparing to rebuild them. Rooted in biblical wisdom, it is written for leaders, professionals, parents, students and anyone navigating change.
