Routine to Results

You have probably tried the oils, the trending products and the routines from people whose hair is nothing like yours, and you are still unsure why your hair isn't responding. Often the issue isn't that you haven't found the right product. It's that your everyday practices aren't supporting the results you want.

Inside Routine to Results, I will teach you how to understand your hair and your scalp, how to examine the practices that may be working against you, how to protect the length you already have, how food and daily habits play a part, and how to understand products so you know where they fit. You will build your own realistic routine using the Vtee 5R Method: Recognize, Review, Remove, Rebuild, Repeat.

One woman who followed the routine I gave her told me her breakage dropped noticeably over two months, her takedown sessions became far easier, and she began to see her length being retained. She hadn't started my products yet. I can't promise the same outcome for everyone, because hair is personal, but you will leave knowing what to do and why.

This is for women with any hair type who want growth, health and clarity, and who are ready to be consistent. It is not for anyone looking for an overnight fix, because I don't believe in them.
