DISCERNING THE WORD

The Bible is a divine library where God speaks to nations, kings, Israel, the Church, sinners, apostles, prophets, and even to Satan himself. If you do not discern the audience, you may end up applying to yourself what was never spoken to you. It is not every “go” that means you should go, and not every “stay” that means you should stay.

Your maturity in the Word is measured by how well you discern the voice behind the verse.
