Availability is vital but it is not the only criteria God

considers when He wants to use a man, he also

considers the preparedness o f that man. True revival can

only begin when God finds a man usable, thoroughly

broken, prepared and ready for the Master's use, one

who seeks not his own, but i s completely sold out to the

will and agenda o f God o n earth t o bring Him glory.
