Every now and then, I meet people who want to buy lands/properties but with respect, know little or nothing about real estate and what is required of them. And yes, that is because buying a property is not like buying an iPhone- it is not strictly a buy-and-sell kind of transaction; there is always more.

As a property lawyer, some others frequently reach out to me asking numerous questions about the laws and legalities of real estate especially as it concerns documentation and other related matters. Generally, in the industry, there exist a lot of technicalities that even I myself had to take out time to understand- some, I had to learn in the field of play. 

For all these people; all they wanted was how to avoid issues, wasting or using their hard-earned money to buy problems.

Not knowing the basic things ordinarily is an issue already, let alone when you end up meeting fraudulent agents who are numerous in the business. At this point, it will undoubtedly take the grace of God for you not to get scammed of your hard-earned money. As a property lawyer and a real estate entrepreneur who has been in the business for years and is lacer-focused on creating solutions and preventing problems within the real estate sector, it was only natural for me to find and create workable solutions to some of these problems.
